Strength is not one size fits all and it’s not about extremes or perfect aesthetics. It’s more about exercising the ability to be consistent and self-disciplined. We train for confidence, energy, and balance, because real strength shows up in how you move, how you rest, and how you live.

Hi, I’m Meia! My fitness journey started in my mid-twenties when I realized I didn’t look like my “highschool” self anymore. I didn’t realize at that point that I never would and that not only would I appreciate my new found physique, but I would unveil a lifelong mission in the process! Like most people, I tried every “diet trend” I could think of with the most notorious one being keto (rolls eyes) and even though nutrition was and still is my weakest point, I have always embraced strength training and I never shied away from the weight section of the gym! I learned that strength training was key to building shape and went through a successful body recomposition.
Strength training taught me that consistency is the secret sauce with any goal in life and self discipline trumps motivation. You think you are in the gym to train for the body that you want in actuality you’re training for a better life! Knowing that you follow through on something you told yourself you would is mentally transformational. The weights do not get heavier, you become stronger and you know that you are capable of hard things!
